A varied menu includes a host of opportunities to improve pupils’ learning or to develop new skills by taking part in activities offered through the schools or at nearby venues. These activities may include breakfast and homework clubs, or those for drama, arts, gardening, knitting and a whole range of sports to name but a
few. Youth workers also provide many different opportunities to become involved in projects in addition to offering regular sessions for young people to get together in a supportive environment.
